By placing an order with Sjakie's you indicate as a consumer that you agree with our general and payment conditions. Deviations from the general terms and conditions are only valid if they have been expressly agreed in writing.
All prices on the Sjakie's website include the current applicable VAT rate and exclude shipping costs. The prices on Sjakie's website are subject to price changes and / or typing errors. Sjakie's has the right to inform the consumer about pricing errors. If you as a consumer do not agree with the price change, you as a consumer have the right to cancel the agreement free of charge.
Since in exceptional cases two orders can cross each other on the website, it can happen that several people order the same item. The first buyer then has the first right to this article.
An item may not be in stock, as we are only a small shop, then we will contact you when we have the product again and can send it to you and whether you still want the product.
Shipping and delivery
After receiving your order Sjakie's will ship within 2 - 4 working days. We work together with MyParcel and PostNL for the shipment of the articles.
The shipping rate is based on weight, size and / or value or sent by letterbox or parcel post.

Around Saint Nicholas and Christmas, it is useful to order early because due to busy times at the Post, the above delivery times may not be met.
You can also pick up your order in our stores in Haarlem. Please tick 'pick up' during the ordering process. we will contact you. Of course, no shipping costs will be charged.

If the order does not meet your wishes, you can exchange it in our stores within 14 days. If you want to return the item because it is not satisfactory, please contact Sjakie's within three days via firstname.lastname@example.org You will receive instructions for the return shipment by email. We will then put a credit for the amount of the returned products on your account of our road shop as soon as the goods have been returned. these must be returned in original packaging without damage. A voucher that can be used on our webshop. If these goods are still damaged or not in their original packaging when returned, we cannot give credit to your wegshop account. unless it is clear that this is manufacturing or factory faults / damage, in which case the following applies:
As a consumer you are entitled to return the delivered goods - if unused and unopened - within 8 days after delivery if it is not sound, broken, has production or factory damage. If that is the case, the purchase value of the item will be refunded within 5 working days after receipt of the return shipment. Costs for the return shipment itself are in this case for us.
We make an exception for the iron cords. These cannot be returned. These are cut to size for you. When in doubt, always order a cord sample first. Mail about this to email@example.com or call Sjakies Small in Koningstraat.
Shipments not reported will not be reimbursed. Sjakie's reserves the right to refund nothing or only part of the amount if it is clear that the products have already been used or damaged after receipt. We will communicate this in consultation.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can still cancel your order.
Within 5 days we will refund the purchase price and shipping costs minus € 2.95 transaction and administration costs.
If you have a complaint about an item that you bought at Sjakie's: let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide your mail with a clear description and possibly a photo. We will contact you within 3 working days. In consultation we determine what is reasonable and desirable.
Guarantee Sjakie's guarantees that the delivered items are sound and meet the specifications stated in the offer. An exception to this are possible color differences. Defects that have arisen as a result of normal wear and tear or that are due to significant fault of the customer are not covered by the warranty.
Force of the majority Sjakie's is not obliged to fulfill any obligation towards the customer if it is hindered by force majeure. Force majeure is in any case understood to mean causes over which Sjakie's has no influence, such as business disruptions at Sjakie's and transport stagnation.
As a supplier, Sjakie's accepts no liability whatsoever for damage caused by use, misuse or abuse of our products.
Our photos are taken with care. It is possible that the colors in reality differ from the representation on your screen. Sjakie's is not liable for these deviations.
